Skip Penalty Thresholds
Set how many approved skips of a reason trigger an automatic penalty, and how many points it costs. Leave Threshold blank to disable auto-penalties. "Applies To" governs whose skips this threshold counts toward. "Visible To" governs who can even pick this reason in the Skip dropdown — All/Global shows it everywhere, Admin Space keeps it Admin-only, Personal Space keeps it out of the Admin picker.

🆓 PRN Pool Settings
The PRN Pool isn't a real workspace profile — it just represents shared as-needed tasks. Its only editable setting is the color used to identify PRN items throughout the app.

Set the font color, fill color, and pulse action for each task status. Applies everywhere that status is shown — cards, decks, tables, and the calendar.
